About the Host
Kenton Garwood
Growing up on a small farm in northern Ohio, Kenton quickly became enamored with the outdoors and hunting. This led him to receiving a bachelor's degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management. Along the way he did an internship with the Ohio Division of Wildlife and worked for Pheasants Forever in both Ohio and South Dakota. He also trained and worked as a hunting guide in Colorado and Wyoming, helping hunters enjoy Elk and Bighorn Sheep hunts.
"I've been immensely lucky to have witnessed the sun rise beneath my feet, watched two bull elk battle like gladiators, and watched first time hunters shake uncontrollably from just seeing a deer. I hope everyone can have those types of experiences that can only be found out in the wild." This wish to expose others to hunting spawned the Learning 2 Hunt platform. Kenton currently lives in Ohio where he hosts the Learning 2 Hunt Podcast.
